PL 200® Construction Adhesive
PL 200 is a premium grade adhesive for paneling, drywall and other light construction, inside or outside.

HOW TO USE:
Panel installations: To assure positive adhesive, make certain all surfaces are
clean, dry and free of dirt and foreign materials.
Cut spout to desired
bead size (1/4” recommended) and puncture seal inside spout.
Apply a
continuous bead to all furring strips, studs and top and bottom plates. Position
prefitted panels.
Follow the nailing schedule for adhesives nail-on
attachment per the Gypsum Association Manual. If installing panels to drywall,
apply adhesive in a zigzag pattern within 1 inch of vertical edges on each side
and two vertical beads in the panel center, 16 inches apart.
Use
mechanical fasteners at top and bottom to hold panel in place. Warped or bowed
panels should not be used.
